World Vision Canada can only help those in need if you deposit the money you collected. Depositing your groups donations promptly after your Famine can also qualify your group for some amazing prizes. So make sure you send in your donations, along with the required materials, to World Vision before June 30, 2010.

Follow the steps below to wrap up your Famine:

  1. Collect all donations, used and unused Donation Sheets,
online donation confirmations and signed Disclaimer &
    Release Forms from your participants.
  2. Update your Track It All Sheet, and total each participants donations. The grand total should equal all the Donation Sheet totals as well as all the cash, cheques and online donations received.
  3. On the Track It All Sheet, indicate what prize (1 or 2) each participant qualifies for, or whether the participant is declining their prize – blanks indicate no prizes are required.

  5. Using the postage paid reply envelopes or Canada Post labels provided in your Kit, return the following to World Vision Canada:
    • All used and unused Donation Sheets
    • A copy of the Track It All Sheets
    • Copies of used and unused Deposit Slips
    • All signed Disclaimer & Release Forms
  6. Send us your feedback. We will have a survey available after the Famine event. In the meantime, let us know how your Famine experience was by sending us an email at famine@worldvision.ca.
