On April 16th, be a part of one big cross-Canada event

We want to help you understand what it means to be a part of the World Vision 30 Hour Famine, so we're inspiring you with a nation-wide Famine broadcast. On April 16th, join thousands of other Famine participants across the country and see how your efforts are helping transform lives around the world. And it'll all be happening on famine.ca, so make sure you're ready. You'll need:

• An Internet connection
• A computer
• Computer speakers
• A digital camera (or a camera phone)
• A cable to connect the camera to the computer
• A television or projection system
• The cables you need to hook up your computer to the TV or projector

If you're planning Famine activities for your group, you may want to have:

• Paper/poster board/a big role of paper
• Markers, pens & pencils
• Glue
• Scissors
• Old magazines or newspapers
• Old string or ribbons
• Old clothes for costumes
• Any materials that will help you bring your creative ideas to life (no matter how strange)

If you need help getting organized for the Famine broadcast, ask your teacher, pastor or your resident audio/visual expert.
